Mind, body, spirit, and emotions are all interconnected. Traumatic events, or simply the pressures of modern life, can result in a multitude of psychological symptoms including:

Mind-Body Therapy (also known as Somatic Therapy) treats the whole person by combining various techniques tailored to the individual.

I ascertain where where the body is holding its emotional issues and use a variety of approaches to help resolve negative patterns and bring relief, including :

  • Talk therapy
  • Resolution of energy blockages in the body
  • Lifestyle evaluation
  • Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T. )
  • Meditation
  • Breathing exercises

I am located in Sydney, and will visit you in the metropolitan area.

If you live further afield or even overseas, FaceTime and Skype have provided us with the means of working with the therapist of our choice, no matter where we are in the world. I offer online sessions which enable you to benefit from therapy in the comfort of your own home.


My fees are $75 per 50 minute session.
You can save by booking blocks of 5 sessions paid in advance – $350.
